Restaurant located on the way to top station . Near to ksrtc stand Food taste average but service is good. As located in prime location this place is always busy and need wait time may be 15 to 30 min. Soup items really good and served in good temperature. Other dishes not up to the mark Parking space available but limited to 10 cars You can park near street Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Alibaba and the 41 Dishes in Munnar offers a dishes from Indian, Chinese, and Arabic cuisines, yet reviews are mixed. While some customers praise the tasty food and prompt service, numerous complaints mention long waits and unavailability of listed dishes ( which I myself experienced) . Several negative reviews cite average quality food, alongside issues with rude staff , I didn't face any rudeness, but some staff gave me the impression as they were not interested in what they were doing . The ambiance is generally pleasant, It appears to be a hit or miss depending on the dish and time of visit, I hope the management tries thier best to maintain consistency in their food taste and quality, so we patrons/ customer can continue enjoying their food with pleasure. I had a very disappointing experience at Alibaba & 41 Dishes. The staff were extremely careless and unprofessional. They showed no respect or attention to the guests, as if they simply didn’t care. We felt ignored and unwelcome throughout the visit. This kind of service is completely unacceptable for any restaurant. Very bad service — I definitely won’t be coming back.
