I had a very disappointing experience at Alibaba & 41 Dishes. The staff were extremely careless and unprofessional. They showed no respect or attention to the guests, as if they simply didn’t care. We felt ignored and unwelcome throughout the visit. This kind of service is completely unacceptable for any restaurant. Very bad service — I definitely won’t be coming back.
