Excellent delivery despite the rains except for the customer service that marked the order as delivered without delivering. It has been tried so many times by some local nuisance elements whenever an apparently costly or popular item that these nuisance elements like to try and swipe the order. Zomato must act and find out how are the delivery or the customer service executives, tracking and sharing the order details with local nuisance elements, even if it is women, because it not only inconveniences the delivery persons but also the customers.
