Extremely Disappointed with Hotel Cholan – Unacceptable Service I had a very frustrating experience at Hotel Cholan recently. After placing a meals order, we were kept waiting for over an hour with no updates or communication from the staff. Despite repeated follow-ups, no food was served. To make matters worse, after such a long wait, the staff casually came back to ask for the order again — as if nothing had happened! This kind of careless attitude and lack of basic hospitality is completely unacceptable. Not only was our time wasted, but the entire experience was handled with zero professionalism. If this is the standard of service they offer, I would strongly not recommend this place to anyone expecting timely food or decent customer treatment. A serious revamp in staff training and management responsibility is clearly needed here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
