It was a delight to meet Deepika & Sai the founders of BTC. The info they gave about V60, Aeropress & Chemex was such an eye opener. Thanks to them now we know what are pour overs! Would love to visit them again to taste their yummy food because that looked appealing too.

I recently visited Bean Theory Coffee Café in Estate, Meadows, and it was such a nice little find. The place is small and cozy, and it’s usually buzzing with people, which gives it a great vibe. I tried their V60, and I really liked that they offer a good selection of single-origin coffee beans. I also ordered the hummus bowl and power salad, and both were really tasty. The veggies were fresh, and the seasoning had this light, sweet, citrusy flavor that worked really well. Overall, it’s a great spot for good coffee and wholesome food. I’d definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. That said, since the place is small and usually busy, it’s not the best choice if you’re planning to work for long and in peace.. sometimes you might even have to share a table.
