Pathetic service the waitresses are absolutely mannerless and shows attitude to the customer. I had ordered a fresh lime soda and a lassi and both were very watery and had no taste at all, and refused to give a refund. Service: 1

The review is for the restaurant only. Food was not hygeinic. I found hair in the food but ignored as I had already read reviews but that after seating there. I went there by mistake in search of another restaurant. But taste was ok.

Hotel Bayul is situated on MG Marg Mall road i.e prime location. Rooms are spacious and clean. All staffs are very cordial. We got all services on time. Dinesh ji, Biru ji and others staffs are very helpful. Renowned restaurant 'Petuk Mashai' is at ground floor of this hotel. Food quality is just awesome. Mount Kanchenjunga is seen clearly from the 3rd floor balcony. I stayed 2 times at this hotel. This hotel is very much recommended. Service: 5
