Food cost too much normal prawn -small size 12 pieces cost 4009. Every dish is overpriced and quantity small also. Not at all satisfied. Service is good and atmosphere is good but food not all satisfied. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+

Visited Bay View for a family dinner. The karuveypillai chicken was flavorful and well-prepared. We also ordered parota with kari kolambu. Unfortunately, the parota served was not flaky as expected—it felt more like a precooked, store-bought version and was quite hard. It lacked the freshness and texture typically associated with a good parota. The kari kolambu was decent, and the mutton was tender and well-cooked. However, the overall dining experience was disappointing. Given the reputation and pricing, the food did not meet expectations and felt like a poor value for money. What added to the disappointment was the lack of empathy or concern when we shared our feedback with the staff. Thank you, Taj—but this experience fell short. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
