Dear Indian Public, I urge you not to take any franchise from Batido India PVT LTD. Although the company has 32 outlets across India, its service is extremely disappointing. I invested my hard-earned money to open a store, but after receiving my payment, they have been unresponsive. I signed the agreement in October 2024 and completed 90% of the payment within a month. However, due to their vendor issues, I am still suffering from their poor service. The agreement stated that they would open the store within a maximum of 45 days, but it has now been over six months since my payment, and the store has yet to be opened. I have been paying rent for the store for the past six months. The owner is not picking up my calls and is not responding to my messages on WhatsApp. They keep providing vague timelines, but there has been zero progress on the store for the last three months.
