Sayak dutta the young man working at b&r made this a nostalgic experience for me. His enthusiasm, passion, friendly and courteous nature, coupled with his competence and helpfullness over and above what is required, brought me back to the time I used to frequent the first ever Baskin Robbins in India, the one in Mumbai. I've been a loyal customer for 31 years and it's because of the wonderful flavours of ice cream and wonderful flavours of staff like him.
