The chef at Baskin Robbins cooks good chocolate ice cream, chocolate custard and mint chocolate. It might be good to enjoy great chocolate frappe or delicious coffee. Many people point out that the staff is gracious at this place. Prompt service is something visitors appreciate here. You will definitely like the quiet atmosphere. As for the Google rating, this spot earned 4.3.

Staff doesn't have proper knowledge about the product ( Ice cream) I visited the outlet with my family on 24th September 2025 and ordered fruit cream Sundaes ( Banana N Strawberry & Alphonso Mango ) and to my surprise I was being told that they are running out of cream and cherry, so if we are OK with it then they would serve us. We told, that would be fine. But, when we received the Sundaes it was just a Scoop of ice cream followed by very small proportion of fruits and nothing else !!!! Taste was not that great and charges are hefty. Would not recommend this to any one. There are plenty of local brands around which are far more better than this. Also, the staff here are not customer friendly as they are not really concerned about the customer. They we're very busy in their own world discussing their own personal things! Nor, they will come to you to take the orders. So, I don't see any good reason to visit Baskin Robbins again!!!!

Very bad recommendation,this place gives a discount on 31 on orders above 600 when it's for above 500 .

Have cut my cake at 12 here very special :) the staffs were so friendly and unbothering even at the late closing.
