Extremely bad experience at this Baskin Robbins outlet. The staff was actually willing to offer tasting, but an elderly man sitting at the cashier — who clearly appeared to be the owner — rudely refused. He was not wearing Baskin Robbins uniform and behaved in an arrogant and disrespectful manner. His tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of maintaining brand standards, he spoke as if customers are doing a favor by coming. This kind of behavior from someone who looks like the owner himself is unacceptable and damages the brand’s image. Baskin Robbins is known for customer experience, but this outlet is the exact opposite. If the owner behaves like this, one can imagine the future of this store. Avoid this outlet unless you want to be insulted for a simple request.
Worst service. It is like a small room with no label on name of tha shops and that room in dividend into two stores (they claim that it is two different store but there is nothing present in between that divide that room ) The shopkeeper first didn't tell where was the QR code to pay and when I paid in one of the QR code on the glass, shopkeeper said that is not my QR (after i paid). The another shopkeeper also don't say anything while I was paying After this the second shopkeeper forced me to buy something and said that he will not refund the money and when I told him to pack a kulfi for parcel, he took out the kulfi and gave it to another shopkeeper to pack it The claim that it is different but it didn't seem that way. They are just fooling people and forcing people toh buy from them Not even google map shows that it is two different store.
