Absolutely disappointed and furious with the experience at The Cake Shop Bakery. I specifically told them to make the cake moist, but once again — just like last year — they completely ignored my request. Last time, they gave me the wrong flavor, and this time the truffle cake I ordered was dry, hard, and had cheap-tasting cream. The cake bread was so tough that no one at the party could eat it. I ended up wasting ₹1300 on something that went straight to the dustbin. To make things worse, when I called to complain, they said Rishi (the owner) wasn’t at the shop and would speak to me later — but when I called again, they just stopped picking up my calls. This is not just poor service, it’s pure negligence and unprofessionalism. Never ordering from here again, and I’d strongly advise others to stay away too! Food: 1 Service: 1 Service: Delivery
