Baskin Robbins (Vadgaon Sheri, Pune) is misleading its customers! They had a clear offer — buy ice cream worth ₹150 two times and get a free small cup of ice cream, valid till 16th October 2025. I visited the store today, well within the validity date, but the staff refused to honour the offer, saying I was not eligible. This feels like a scam designed to attract customers and increase sales without actually delivering what’s promised. Very disappointing experience! Brands like Baskin Robbins should respect their customers and stand by their word.
