Tried to order a two scoop Vanilla and Chocolate icecream Sundae. Requested employee if he would substitute Strawberry icecream scoop instead of Chocolate icecream. My request was denied because employee said tbey are NOT ALLOWED TO SUBSTITUTE. But since shop had no more Vanilla icecream, employee said he can make my two scoop Sundae usuing BOTH CHOCOLATE SCOOPS. Does not make sense. I refused and left unsatisfied. I will not go to Baskin Robbins again. Rude behaviour. Service: 1 Service: Dine in
