"This is the worst ice cream shop I’ve ever visited. I found a human hair in the ice cream, and the staff were extremely rude — especially a staff member named Soundarajan. Also, be cautious when they weigh the ice cream; if you’re not paying attention, they might scam you by adding extra weight."

Good options for ice cream , good ambience for sitting and having ice cream relaxed , Basically the concept is Customizable ice cream, Ice cream Cake , Parcel Ice creams and Homemade chocolates . Overall a well put up setup , but in the ice cream section the fridge lighting is very dull , they have made some changes to interior lighting I suppose over the years , so it's a little bit dull to notice the Fridge where all ice creams are there , the visibility and clarity is less , difficult to see. Otherwise the place is excellent
