Visited this Baskin Robbins outlet on 31st May, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. First, the Google Maps location was incorrect, which caused some confusion—but I’ve gone ahead and updated it for others. More importantly, every 31st of the month, Baskin Robbins runs a 31% discount offer. When I visited, the shopkeeper neither informed me about the offer nor honored it—even when I specifically asked, I was misled. This lack of transparency was really disappointing, especially from a well-known brand like Baskin Robbins. The ice cream was fine as always, but the customer service and honesty at this outlet definitely need improvement.
