Cakes and pastries never disappoint if it's from Kookie Jar ... This was the irst time I tried the City Centre outlet... Had the Lemon Gateau and Praline Swiss Roll Both of them were heavenly... Have tasted the Praline Swiss Roll from their other branches as well... It is like the best thing I've ever had... Also do try their Lemon Tart Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Lemon Tart

I had ordered Eggless Pineapple Cake (1 pound) from Kookie Jar City Centre 1 , Saltlake outlet. It was very hard cake as if Dhoklas had been soaked in water and presented. The cream was dripping all over on 11 January 2020 when the weather was cold enough to not harm the cream. It tasted very bad and it destroyed my mother's bday. Today on 12 Jan 2020, I took the cake to Kookie Jar and complained but the manager just refused to take my complaint. He argued for 15 mins that the cake is good and suggested I should take it back with me. He just didnt accept his mistake and gave lame excuses that evey cream drips after 1.5 hours and what not. I have posted a pic of the cake which clearly shows the dripping cream. I have always ordered cakes from Kookie Jar and this was the first pathetic experience. I suggest Kookie Jar to stop making this cake when it tastes like this.
