Went to the BR kiosk today at mall. The customer service provider (a lady) was just so arrogant and unwelcoming! I politely asked her about the offers she would just come up with rude & uninterested replies. I as a customer never look down on employees who give us service but this lady couldn't fix her attitude and I observed her same behavior with other customers too. BR kindly train your store employees with basic courtesy and manners. Service: Dine in Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
