My recent experience with The Belgian Waffle Co. left a bad taste in my mouth, quite literally. The wait for my order was horrendous - a full hour delay! To make matters worse, my calls went unanswered, which only added to the frustration.Finally, when my order arrived, it was incomplete. The Biscoff biscuits I specifically added were missing. This inattention to detail, on top of the unreasonable wait time, is simply unacceptable.Overall, this was a frustrating experience with terrible service. I would strongly advise anyone considering The Belgian Waffle Co. to think twice before ordering
