Good ice cream have a good taste. The staff is gracious that's what makes Baskin Robbins - Ice Cream so nice. People mention that the service is professional here. When inside, the atmosphere is exotic. But this place is not highly estimated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Review for BR Ice Creams: I had a very disappointing experience at BR Ice Creams. The salesman behaved very rudely towards me just because I was wearing a Zomato partner t-shirt. I went there to purchase ice cream for myself, not for delivery, but the way he treated me was very disrespectful. Every customer deserves to be treated equally, no matter what they are wearing or where they work. Very unprofessional behavior.

It's is difficult to keep international standard I knew, but atleast teach the staff to behave in good manners good brand but bad staffs when we are at table they are cleaning all the ac filter, dust spread without basic sense staffs very hot worst Kumbakonam branch
