Had a wonderful dinner with Family last week. It's near to the bus stand. The foods are so tasty like original saravana bhavan. Parotta - 30/piece. But, it's worth for money as 1 parotta is equal to 2 parotta in the size. Roast at 60 rupees. The service also very good. Highly recommended.

Visited Saravana Bhavan near Kumbakonam main bus stop, expecting good quality food based on the brand name. But honestly, I was disappointed. The food was average in taste, and the quality wasn’t up to the mark. The hotel wasn’t very clean, and overall hygiene could definitely be improved. Not what I expected from a reputed name like Saravana Bhavan. Hope they focus more on cleanliness and food quality going forward.

Went for breakfast at 7.45 AM assuming they would have standard menu options (By seeing the name of hotel Saravana Bhavan). But unfortunately on the menu I was given with Pongal and idly as the option. No Methu vadai even waiter said it's getting prepared for last 15 mins, I was expecting atleast during the end of me finishing the dish but no luck. Pongal was ok and can rate 2. With Kumbakonam being famous for their filter coffee and thought my taste buds would be satisfied with the filter kapi, but that was another night mare. It was a pure tamarind nut coffee powder. Service: 1
