this is literally how I got my order , it was all melted by the time I got, there where not even a ice pack to protect the icecream , it was like I just ate some juice, and the ice cream was so bad , didn't not taste fresh at all

It's quite strange, but this particular Baskin Robbins branch consistently misses something in the delivery orders. I think the branch manager should look into this. Whoever is handling the orders needs to be more careful and efficient to ensure customers receive everything they’ve paid for.
