Sandwiches are really nice but not the drinks. We asked the staff to make the drink without ice, which was not followed. We requested again to change the drink as they had added ice, to which we got a response that the quantity would be reduced if you want without ice (they could have added soda to balance it, but the staff refused to it). So, we tried their Japanese Matcha Latte (iced) which was not made well at all. Matcha was not whisked properly. Lumpy matcha powder was directly mixed with the milk and served. The entire drink was so bad as nothing was made in a proper way. You can clearly see the matcha lumps in the picture below. Also just have a look at the color of the drink. Very disappointed by the way things were served in the name of matcha.
