Baskin Robbins is a brand... and liked by all people across the globe. Eventually this outlet has worst customers service. Need lot of improvement in hospitality.

My experience was good. The staff is very polite and nice. I was offered what i wanted. The staff there always carried a smile .place is also neatly maintained

Baskin Robbins is well known for its ice creams. So, no comments on the delicacy. The customer service in this outlet is awful.
They act very commercially. They sell ice creams after 10 PM and don't offer Bill. It is better to avoid this outlet if u have any other choice
