I recently visited Barista and, unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While the ambiance seemed inviting at first glance, the management and staff response left much to be desired. The staff consistently forgot our order, forcing us to remind them multiple times. To make matters worse, they kept suggesting dishes that weren’t even on the menu, leaving us puzzled about whether they understood their own offerings. The tipping point came when they charged us for a bottle of water we explicitly refused. Despite returning the unopened bottle, they insisted on adding it to the bill. It took a grueling and heated exchange of words before they begrudgingly removed it. This felt not only unprofessional but also incredibly frustrating. While the potential for a good experience might exist, the poor management and lack of basic customer service make it hard to recommend this place.
