We had an amazing meal at Ricotta in Jodhpur, and it truly delivered on authentic Italian flavors. The Ortolana pizza was fantastic—light, airy Neapolitan-style crust with a perfect char, topped with fresh, well-seasoned vegetables that added a great balance of flavours. The spinach and cheese ravioli was another standout, with delicate pasta parcels filled with a rich and creamy spinach-cheese mixture, served in a sauce that complemented it beautifully. To finish, we had tiramisu, which was light yet indulgent, with just the right blend of coffee, cocoa, and creamy mascarpone. The attention to detail in every dish, combined with the warm ambiance and attentive service, made for a great dining experience. Bruschetta that can compete with the Italians! Very refreshing to have some good Italian food in India. They make pasta sauce for example extra spicy for the Indian people, so make sure to ask for not spicy if you want it more Italian-style. The pasta and pizza are both very nice. We went back the same day because it was so good.
