Worst place I’ve been in India. Waited 10 minutes at the front without any assistance from the many employees who saw us standing there. No receptionist/host there to ask us about reservations which we actually had, if you have time to pick up the phone and take bookings I would assume that persons job would be to be at the front. After we finally got someone to acknowledge us and give us a table that was not so clean. We waited for 30 minutes at the table and were never asked anything served anything. The 2 tables that came in after us were served before us, they got their BBQ grill placed in the middle hole that we stared at for the time that we sat there being ignored. We got to see the variety of sauces they have because it was smeared all over the menu. The music was so loud it was impossible to hear each other and the sound system was horrible with static noises and the bass popping in and out. If you want to enjoy your meal and be able to have a conversation while you’re eating do not go here. It’s the worst place and experience I’ve had while being in India, I don’t know about the other locations but after going here I’m not trying to waste my time or money at any of them. Better to eat at local small shop where you actually get service and are able to interact with the person or persons you’re having a meal with.Just because they have suits and uniforms on doesn’t mean they actually know hospitality, complete waste of time and effort to go there.
