Worst Experience – Food Quality & Service. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Barbeque Nation Sector 16 Noida. The visit was a complete let-down in terms of food quality, service, and overall hygiene, which is unexpected from a well-known brand. Key Issues Faced:. Food quality was very poor – starters were stale, cold, and lacked taste Live grill items were undercooked/overcooked and not fresh Main course options were limited and food trays were not refilled on time Service was extremely slow – staff was inattentive and unresponsive Repeated requests were ignored, and there was no proactive service Hygiene standards were below expectations Despite paying a premium price, the experience felt cheap and mismanaged. There was no apology or effort to recover the situation from the staff or manager, which made the experience even worse. This outlet seriously damages the brand image of Barbeque Nation. I would not recommend this branch to anyone unless major improvements are made in staff training, food quality, and customer handling. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+
