This particular restaurant's address is wrong. There's no BBQ Nation outlet in BM Habitat Mall. The outlet was shifted to Nexus Mall and I only came to know about this after I already reached BM Habitat Mall day before yesterday. I called the restaurant and someone from their team told me about this. Even BBQ Nation's customer care wasn't helpful because the first agent with whom I spoke (her name is Harshitha) gave me incomplete information regarding the restaurant's address. I was well-aware that there's only one outlet in Mysore but I needed to clarify the exact address since I am not a local. My experience has been disappointing and I will only visit the outlet in Nexus mall if BBQ Nation gives me a small token of apology like a coupon or a voucher valid for dine-in option. Just one star rating for the frustrating experience.

Very poor Service and food is average, not so good. Yesterday (10-Oct) we visited a team of 16 ppl (10 Non-veg and 6 Veg) for dinner, staffs are very care less to serve the items (starters) and one of the Non-veg starter (Lamb) is not served at all which they suppose to serve it. After asking multiple times, at the end they said you can get Mutton curry from main course (which is already as part of buffet). Their reply was inappropriate and not shown any interest to serve it at all. At the end (while having deserts), Chef came to us and asked for feedback, we told him that one of the starter is not served at all, His immediate reply was none of them inform him about it, so he was not aware of it (good excuse right?). If you want, we can server it now (while closing our dinner). We decided, no more visit to Barbeque Nation - Mysuru - BM Habitat Mall and for next party we will look for better restaurant which has good service and good food.
