I initially waited for about 30 mins to get the table, then waited another 15 minutes before they started serving. i understand it's due to the crowd, but they can preplan this kind of situation so that we don't need to wait too long.

Not a healthy option at all.Floating in unnecessary excessive oil. Had ordered chicken tikka, not sure the requirement of addon oil, as it's supposed to be tandoor prep with minimal fat/oil; and being added in healthy option on zomato defeated the purpose altogether. Also surprised, basis the big brand, quality was also very sub par. There was grit/dirt in the preparation (dirt crunch while eating); maybe due to unclean chicken or unclean spices/unhygienic preparation method.Pretty bad experience for the first order from this outlet to go for a repeat visit ever. Barbeque Nation and Zomato, kindly do better. Thanks.
