Absolutely unsatisfactory experience and a total waste of money. First off, their table reservation system is a joke—doesn't work at all. The service was terrible with barely any staff attending to tables. We weren’t even served drinks properly; even the Coke was flat and warm, with no fizz or chill. Coming to the food, the buffet was hugely disappointing. Every single item was of poor quality—bland, cold, and definitely not worth the price. For a place that calls itself "Barbeque Holic," there was nothing to enjoy or remember. I definitely won't recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dine-out experience.
