This was without doubt one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The service was extremely poor — staff were inattentive, slow, and seemed completely uninterested in customer comfort. It took several reminders just to get basic items like water or refills, and no one bothered to clean the table properly between rounds. The hygiene was absolutely unacceptable. The buffet counters looked messy and half of the trays were uncovered. To make matters worse, I spotted a cockroach crawling on our table — something completely shocking and disgusting in a restaurant of this level. When I pointed it out to the staff, they seemed casual about it and offered no real apology or action. The food quality was below average, most of the starters were cold and tasteless, and the main course felt stale. Even desserts were poorly presented. The overall atmosphere felt unhygienic and neglected. I’ve visited other Barbeque Nation outlets before and had decent experiences, but the Rohini branch was a disaster. Poor management, lack of cleanliness, and careless service make this place one to absolutely avoid. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
