I have ordered dinner around 75 thali . Disappointed with the thali delivery. Ordered from [smart thali ] and had a very poor experience. The food arrived and was barely warm. 25 ordered a thali from [smart thali owner name mr Manish ] and was extremely disappointed. As soon as I opened the box, there was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the food. It seemed like something had gone bad or wasn’t stored properly. This is a serious hygiene issue — I couldn’t even eat it and had to throw it away. Totally unacceptable, especially for a meal that’s supposed to be fresh and home-style. had to throw it away. I contacted the restaurant, but instead of taking responsibility, the owner denied the issue completely and offered no refund or apology. I request I sincerely request everyone who is thinking of ordering from here to be careful. My experience was awful, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to waste their money or risk their health. Include a description of the image in your review (e.g., spilled packaging, spoiled food, etc.). I just read his (smart Thali owner Mr Manish ) comment . That day, I called the owner and sent him videos clearly showing the condition of the thali. I even told him to come and check it in person. He had no problem coming for delivery and collecting the payment, but now that there’s an issue, he’s refusing to respond and is calling me a scammer. This is not how you treat a regular customer who has paid nearly ₹1 lakh over time. After raising the issue, it becomes the responsibility of any professional service provider—especially in the food industry—to come and check the quality of the food. Ignoring the complaint or shifting blame onto the customer is unacceptable. To make matters worse, he’s now calling me a scammer — which is completely unacceptable and insulting, especially after being a regular customer. Dear Clients. I would request everyone not to take the review of this person seriously. What he deliberately did not mention is that we have been supplying food to him for past few months. We have served over 500 thalis to him. He had ordered 75 Thalis on last day, and upon realising that he has less number of guests, he started making excuses that 25 thalis are stale. This is an absolute lie. Entire food was cooked together and packed together. The food as always was cooked just 30 mins before we started packing. Food was fresh and the client is arrogant and immature enough not to realize that such theatrical excuses doesn't lead to refunds. Our food is cooked fresh always. He ordered food at 4.30 PM and chose his own menu. Food was cooked for 75 people in next 3 hours and delivered to him 15 km away right on time. His allegations are absurd and unreliable. Kindly read over 150 reviews by our clients before trusting this scammer. Thanks
