The worst place I could have gone too. No point going there in person, since they'll be too busy serving online orders. Even if you do manage to call one of the waiters, which they won't do on their own, they'll take your order and forget about it. I was there for half an hour until one of them noticed that I'm not eating anything. They even served someone who came in 15 minutes after I did before me, when my order was simple grilled chicken. The worst service I've ever come across. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I really didn’t want to do this, but this is the fourth day in a row and you’ve messed up my order again. One day I order paneer and receive chicken. Another day I order a Navratri burger and get one with onions. And today was the limit. I ordered a paneer burger with onions. While checking it, instead of just finding onions, I found an insect inside. This is completely unacceptable! Food: 1 Order type: Delivery

Extremely disappointed with Nutriobox, Prashant Vihar. The quantity they provided was shockingly small for the price charged. The curry was overly oily and clearly low quality, which completely contradicts the “healthy” image they try to project. When I contacted them to raise this issue, they gave me an incorrect number to share proof. When I called again, my call was immediately disconnected. This kind of behavior shows a total lack of professionalism and accountability. Poor quantity, oily food, misleading service, and rude handling of genuine complaints. Definitely not recommended. its literally two spoons worth curry and 400 rs. nice scam noone should order from here
