I had the worst experience ordering from Barbeque Nation Electronic City through Swiggy today. I ordered the Chicken Kebab Platter, and while two of the leg pieces and the seekh kebab were okay, the remaining four items were absolutely disgusting. The meat was spoiled, smelled terrible, and was completely inedible. It was clear that they served me rotten, expired meat, which not only tasted awful but could have posed serious health risks. I immediately contacted Swiggy to report the issue, but they only offered a partial refund, which was not what I wanted. After much back and forth, Swiggy shared the contact details of the Barbeque Nation manager. When I spoke to him about the quality issue, he seemed completely uninterested, dismissing my concerns and telling me it was a matter for Swiggy. I explained that this wasn’t just about the money—it’s about serving customers safe and edible food, but he refused to acknowledge the severity of the situation. When I mentioned I would post a review, he hung up on me. Shortly after, he called back, apologizing and asking for my address to send another dish, which I of course refused. I will never order from here again, and I urge everyone to be cautious. It’s not just bad food, but unsafe practices that could cause health problems. Please don’t risk your health by ordering from Barbeque Nation Electronic City. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 1
