Barbecue Space in Trivandrum used to be my go-to spot for the best spicy beef shawarma in the city. Whenever friends or family visited from outside Trivandrum, this was the first restaurant I would take them to for a good shawarma. Sadly, it seems like the management or kitchen team has changed. What we received recently tasted more like beef curry wrapped in rumali roti! It’s disappointing to see such a drop in quality from a restaurant that was once among the best shawarma places in Trivandrum. An old picture of the good old shawarma is added for reference.
