We visited this restaurant after being intrigued by its name – Barbecue Culture – but unfortunately, the experience was nothing more than a major disappointment. The so-called “barbecue” was just a formality, with only 2–3 poorly prepared options that lacked flavor and freshness. The staff was clearly untrained and unprofessional, and when asked about the poor service, their only excuse was a lack of sufficient staff. We were a group of 6–7 people, and none of us were able to enjoy even a single item properly. The pizzas? Just two options, both served after a 30–40 minute wait. What we got was basically a piece of bread with some cheese—completely tasteless. The pasta was overly sweet, more like a dessert than a savory dish. As for the mocktails, they were nothing more than sugary drinks with artificial color—definitely not worthy of the name. Overall, this place is all name and no substance. If you’re looking for a satisfying meal, you’re better off heading to a local dhaba—you’ll likely get better taste, better service, and far better value for your money. If you talk about washrooms then the pictures says a lot . We recently visited this place and celebrated birthday and I was thoroughly impressed we 15 people enjoyed the place , food and location was also very picture friendly. Food quality was top notch plus staff member (rajubhai) was very cooperative and friendly. Must visit place Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
