*1/5 - Horrible Experience with Staff Mohan* *Baraf Bar in Gariya (Extremely Bad Experience)* We had the misfortune of encountering Staff Mohan during our recent stay, and it was an unmitigated disaster. The hotel owner needs to take immediate action to address Mohan's atrocious behavior, or risk losing customers like us forever. *The Issues:* - *Extremely Rude*: Mohan's behavior was shockingly rude, making us feel unwelcome and disrespected. - *Unhelpful*: Despite repeated requests, Mohan failed to assist us with even the simplest queries. - *Unprofessional*: Their attitude was completely unprofessional, making it clear they didn't care about our experience. *The Result:* - *Ruined Stay*: Mohan's behavior ruined our entire stay, leaving a sour taste in our mouths. - *Lost Business*: We will never return to this hotel again, and will make sure to share our horrible experience with others. *Hotel Owner, Take Note:* - *Take Immediate Action*: Address Mohan's behavior and provide proper training to ensure this doesn't happen again. - *Apologize and Make Amends*: Reach out to us and offer a genuine apology, along with a gesture of goodwill.
