Had heard a great deal about biriyani of Hatari but was very disappointed unfortunately. Biriyani was dry to the extent it had to be somehow swallowed with water, both drinking water and cold drinks was charged above mrp and the cold drinks wasn't even cold. A 'cold' drink worth 20 charged at 30 with no mention of it in the menu card that it will be charged above MRP. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400

I used to order regularly from Hatari, but their food quality has gone downhill recently. Earlier, the food was good, but things have changed. The last time I ordered (about a year ago), the food arrived completely spilled inside the delivery bag. Maybe it was the delivery guy’s fault, but he was from their team... and the packaging was clearly poor. I didn’t get any refund or replacement, just a casual “sorry,” and that was it. The food was wasted, and the experience was terrible. After that, I stopped ordering from here altogether. Very disappointing from a restaurant I once trusted.
