Had heard a great deal about biriyani of Hatari but was very disappointed unfortunately. Biriyani was dry to the extent it had to be somehow swallowed with water, both drinking water and cold drinks was charged above mrp and the cold drinks wasn't even cold. A 'cold' drink worth 20 charged at 30 with no mention of it in the menu card that it will be charged above MRP. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400

I used to order regularly from Hatari, but their food quality has gone downhill recently. Earlier, the food was good, but things have changed. The last time I ordered (about a year ago), the food arrived completely spilled inside the delivery bag. Maybe it was the delivery guy’s fault, but he was from their team... and the packaging was clearly poor. I didn’t get any refund or replacement, just a casual “sorry,” and that was it. The food was wasted, and the experience was terrible. After that, I stopped ordering from here altogether. Very disappointing from a restaurant I once trusted. I’m an almost regular customer of Hatari Garia counter. Just today during lunch I have ordered 4 mutton biriyani 3 chicken biriyani and some starter item. Firstly they said it will take 40 min to deliver and forcing me to collect from store. Then it will reach to my home after 1:30 hrs. When we open the mutton biriyani found in one container mutton is missing rest are available. I called and they said it’s not possible after that they accept and told me to collect the mutton piece from their store only. When I went to collect they gave me hardly 25-30gm one cold mutton piece. I asked what is this ? Then they change to 50-55gm mutton. And this is my 2nd experience from this counter. Hence I would like to inform don’t go to order or booked table as their service became worst and quality of food also. They are behaving like they are doing charity. I strongly recommend “DONT GO OR ORDER” here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
