Not very welcoming .Service is very slow and you need to call them 20 times then they will come . Food options are very very very less . Bad experience would not recommend.

Ridiculous. Balsa only looks nice online in real it’s like some cheap motel. Ok I may sound picky but I have pictures to prove me right . Apart the service is worse than a 1star restaurant. I got here for a dinner with my mom and since 9pm I have only been served with 2 starters … and it’s 10pm now . A restaurant full with people has only 3 people to serve how stupid and insufficient is that ? I do not blame the staff the the management is clearly cares nothing for the service they provide. Finally when the main course does reach the table the Kulcha for me was stale if not it’s the worse tasting kulcha ever. Stretchy. I honestly don’t know what these other people are praising this place so much I am sitting right here and narrating my experience as it’s happening, if I was alone or with my friends, I would’ve walked out right the minute I walked in unfortunately I am with my mom. I cannot do that. I enjoy good food, even if the place is not that great. What do you say when the food is below average and the place( inside) not even worth being standing. I personally would rate this place -100. There is no reason for me to recommend this place to anyone and if you are actually looking at going good dinner place I yearn to you this is a no go … DO NOT WASTE EVEN A RUPEE HERE .
