We recently visited Balsa in Lower Parel, which has both indoor and outdoor seating. The ambience here is amazing - cozy, chic, and beautifully lit with warm interiors that make the vibe perfect. We ordered quite a variety: chilly beans tacos, charred broccoli with harissa, mac n’ cheese, creamy pesto pasta, sriracha chicken sliders, chicken biryani, tiramisu, and a tropical delight mocktail. The presentation of all the dishes was really good, • Chilly beans tacos – not spicy at all. • Charred broccoli with harissa – flavorful and well done. • Mac n’ cheese & creamy pesto pasta – tasty, but became a bit too thick once cooled down. • Sriracha chicken sliders – soft buns with a spicy chicken filling, really nice. • Chicken biryani – aromatic and flavorful. • Tiramisu – okayish • Tropical delight mocktail – refreshing and well presented. It’s slightly on the expensive side, but overall, the experience was good. I’d say it’s worth visiting at least once for the vibe and ambience.
