Talking about store in Pune airport opposite of gate 3 near drinking water . The food was ok ok but the service was very disappointing. One staff member behaved rudely and spoke to customers in an irritated and frustrated tone. I chose not to mention her name, but hearing her make disrespectful comments in the background like “kitna bhaukte hai log” was unacceptable. No customer deserves to be spoken about or treated this way. I hope proper training and action are taken to ensure better customer service in the future Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600

Ordered Vada Pav and Chai - had to wait 15 minutes even though there was no line because there was only one attendant. Chai, tasted and smelled of coffee... not sure how it was possible . Very disgusting. The vada paav was served in a small paper plate, with running green chutney soaking the paav disgustingly and lasun chutney tasted funny... ended up throwing half of food and even chai . Clearly, a lot is being expected of one person at this counter.
