Indian and Italian food is good here. Ordering good turkey, masala dosa and tuiles is a nice experience here. Most guests recommend trying tasty chocolate custard, gulab jamun and chocolate cakes. This place is famous for delicious beer or good liqueur. In accordance with the visitors' opinions, waiters serve great lassi, cold coffee or masala chai.
Musicians make live music in the evening. The hospitable staff demonstrates a high level of hospitality at this restaurant. The enjoyable service is something these restaurateurs care about. There is a comfortable atmosphere and lovely decor at The eatery. But this place hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

We used to go here regularly especially for the breakfast buffet and the place was decent with good buffet spread and service. I am giving 2 stars just for those past experiences. But in our recent 2-3 visits, the quality of food and service has degraded drastically. Among buffet options, only breakfast buffet was good but their lunch/dinner buffets were not worth the price. Don't know whether it's the management change or something else. Now Four points by Sheraton is being rebranded into Marriot Bonvoy. But since past few months the cost cutting measures are clearly visible. Our recent visits for lunch in December 2024 and breakfast in January 2025 were clear examples of this. The January visit was our lat one to this place. Some obvious reasons were- Decline in customer service efforts, buffet spread (Very casual placement like its just for formality), drastic increase in buffet price (30-40% increase, which is not worth it at all), dirty washrooms (Men's bathroom was in worse condition with most urinals and stalls were dirty). This is extremely disappointing experience for a 3-4 star hotel. The place does not seem worth it now. I would not recommend it, especially 'The Eatery' restaurant for all type of buffets.
