Ordering cake since 2010 and Baker's lounge never disappoints. Best customer service and good quality customised cake with reasonable rates as compared to other bakeries in the town. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have been a regular customer of this restaurant and usually the food gets delivered within 30–35 minutes. But recently, Zomato introduced a "Make VIP Order" option with an extra ₹50 charge. Since I didn’t opt for this, my order was delayed to 50–55 minutes instead of the standard 30–35 minutes. Because of this, the food arrived cold and the overall experience was disappointing.It feels unfair that loyal customers are being forced to either pay extra or accept delayed service. This is not about the restaurant, but about Zomato’s policy. Please stop penalizing regular customers just because they don’t opt for the paid “VIP order” option.

Worst experience ever
Ordered cake for large gathering
3 tier cake but when received it came to be 2 tier only and their employee set up the cake ran away quickly without informing us.
And it was not even sufficient for our gathering so don't ever order them cakes for party, you don't know what they will deliver.
And also they take full payment in advance.
When confronted them about the same they refused to hear talked rudely.
But we didn't cut the call and we could hear her scolding her employees for the mistake.
When we talked again still she refused to accept her mistake infront of us. Double standard lady she is, if made a mistake accept it rather than fighting with us.
