I had been considering a long-term partnership with this bakery and had even ordered samples from their café. However, my experience was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the behavior of Vinay. His approach was highly unprofessional—he persistently followed up about the payment in a very inappropriate manner. There was no courtesy or basic professionalism; during our call, he didn’t even bother with a simple greeting and immediately demanded payment. The overall experience was one of the worst I’ve had, solely because of Vinay’s attitude and lack of professionalism. I would strongly advise against choosing this bakery if you’re seeking a reliable partner for corporate collaborations. Service: 1
