They do not deliver on time. I had placed an order on Friday evening for an event on Saturday and got a confirmation from the said owner that my order has been placed and it'll be done by Saturday 3 p.m. When I asked for bill he just mentioned how much it will cost. I tried calling him for confirming as well but he didn't pick my calls. On Saturday, I made a call around 4pm asking if my order is ready, the owner told me that it's ready and asked me to go pick it up. When I went there at about 8p.m. the bakers were confused and asked me what order I was talking about. Meaning the order wasn't placed. The owner didn't send over the order details to the bakers at all. But still told me to go get the order and that it was "ready". I tried calling the owner but he didn't pick my calls. The bakers started preparing the cake when I went there. We had to wait for almost 2 hours which led to our event getting postponed. Meanwhile the owner never gave any explanation and wasn't picking up my calls at all. Very disappointing. So, if you want your cakes to be prepared on time, try some other outlet because this one definitely doesn't have discipline regarding time and don't really care about customer satisfaction. We stumbled upon this amazing cake shop on Instagram and placed our order over the phone. From start to finish, everything was handled so smoothly! Despite ordering late at night, they delivered it by the next afternoon. The cake was an absolute masterpiece—it looked identical to the reference picture, and was so adorable we didn’t even want to cut it! And the taste? Pure perfection! Highly recommend!"
