I recently attended a one-day bread masterclass that exceeded all my expectations. The class covered 8-9 different varieties of bread, including loaf bread, focaccia, pizza base, braided bread, baked vada pav, and calzone, among others. The session was both comprehensive and engaging, making it perfect for bread enthusiasts of all levels. The instructor's expertise and enthusiasm made the learning process enjoyable and accessible. Each recipe was broken down into simple, easy-to-follow steps, ensuring that even novice bakers could keep up. I particularly appreciated the hands-on approach, which allowed us to practice techniques and get a real feel for the dough. One of the highlights for me was making the focaccia and braided bread, which turned out beautifully. The baked vada pav was a delightful twist, adding a unique and flavorful touch to the class. The calzone and pizza base recipes were also practical, and I can't wait to recreate them at home. Overall, this masterclass was an excellent experience. Never knew that bread making could be so simple and therapeutic. I guess it was because of Mrs Ajju Marwah ( the teacher) who not only made it simple but fun as well . Looking forward to learning more . Thank u so much
