A local favorite that delivers it's own twist to the famed Buttter Chicken, Baba's had been on my list for a while (apparently there's another chain called Baba Chicken, but all my research told me this is the original, serving folks since 1962). The visit was great, super helpful staff, kept checking and serving us eagerly. Now for the food- loved their chicken. It's lighter in color than the one you usually get, and not sweet, but you definitely taste the richness of butter or maybe ghee, can't say for sure. What I can say, it's didn't disappoint.
