the chicken pieces were not cleaned properly and full of fatty tissue. the onions that are the mainstay of chilli chicken were stale and dry. if you are charging Rs.1200 for this dish what you can do is at least maintain your standards. A total waste of money. Aman chicken is just a name now without the quality food that it once served.
