Was a fan of Bab Arabia but our last experience there was really dissapointing. Writing this review while sitting in the restaurant. We went around 5:30 PM and sat in a table in ground floor. The waiters were not at all attentive and we had to literally go inside and request someone to take our order. Ordered turkish bbq and the taste was not really upto the mark. I have had this dish before from Bab Arabia and it tasted much better then. The quantity was less and the masala tasted very ordinary. After finishing the food, we again had to go inside to request someone to parcel the leftover. Service has become very poor. Update: Tried the turkish bbq again today (after a month from my above review) and this time it was a home delivery. The masala was very watery and not at all tasty. It looked like some loose chicken gravy poured on chicken. I called the reception number and reported this but they didn't seem to have any interest in taking the feedback. I totally do not recommend this place for those who have tried their food before. One of their signature item is the turkish barbecue and it can't get any worse. Also very poor customer service.
