This happened a few minutes ago, we had arrived at the place by 1:20 pm and placed our order by 1:30 pm. They made us wait for 40 whole minutes just for 1 soup and 3 items! And guess what he got the order for the soup WRONG! when I told him the waiter ARGUED with me stating I am the one who's WRONG! I asked him to get my order corrected and guess what no apology for the behavior! He served us with soup that smelled of OIL! Health hazardous, I told him again about this and quess what? HE AGAIN ARGUED with me and my office colleagues! We were there to celebrate my colleague farewell! HIS EXACT WORDS WERE ISME OIL HI MILEGA! are you kidding me? You want me to eat oil instead of soup? This experience was horrifying! I humbly request this issue is looked on to. I am very disappointed. Please train your STAFF with BASIC AND ETIQUETTES! PROFESSIONALISM MATTERS! Food: 1 Service: 1

Burn Out- stands for its name. Staff is burnt out. Customers will be burnt out, dealing with the staff. Owner, not to be seen for obvious reasons! It’s a self serve cafe. You go, see what is there in the kitchen, cook for yourself, serve yourself and Just pay the owner! Plus a generous 7.5% service charge. Never have I had such useless service, food and experience in a cafe. Best avoided if you want to stay sane. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
