order was delayedpaneer was not deliveredquantity was lessalso not cooked well.charged for packaging. I didn't get this charges as if I visited the restro will they provide me the dish in hand? so these charges are not justified even when there is no special packaging only a simple tray taped over it. is 12 CM cello tape cost them Rs 39/- restro also aksed the delivery boy that the order will be cancelled by the customer but there is no cancellation request. I used to order from BTW. but this time it's pathetic. I request BTW to maintain their reputation.First tym pathetic experience with BTW.
