If you never turned out to taste Turkish cuisine, take your chance at this restaurant. A lot of visitors say that waiters offer tasty soup, fried prawns and salads here. The recipe for success of BNB Live Grill is its good ice cream, brownies and gulab jamun. You will hardly forget great iced coffee, coffee with cream or tea that you can degust.
Musicians make live music in the evening. The accommodating staff reflects the style and character of this place. Terrific service is something that people highlight in their comments. This spot offers you democratic prices for tasty meals. The spectacular decor and lovely ambiance let clients feel relaxed here. But google users haven't given this restaurant a high rating.

Since my review would be completely negative but I respect those Reviewers who gave positive feedback, reviews and 4 to 5 stars ratings to BNB Live Grill because they might have Good Experiences.
On our Wedding Anniversary, my wife and I have decided to have a Buffet on 10th of Aug 2019 and thought of celebrating the same with my cousins whom we have invited for the Buffet Lunch.
I am completely and extremely disappointed with the management and guest handling. I am regretting that I have made the wrong choice for a Lunch Buffet over here.
I thought on weekends due to high demand, there would be a Rush and queue but surprised to see that except 2 or 3 guests the restaurant was completely empty.
Cons:-
* As soon as we entered the AC effect was not at all Good and The management does not even bother about it. We have complained a few times that we are sweating but they replied that our centralized AC
 not functioning and hence they can not do anything, they asked us to change the place however we did not because we had started eating. Also, why is that the AC won't cover the entire restaurant??
 Management has to ensure that the AC should cover the entire floor because you are sweating then definitely you will not feel like to eat the Foods.
* We had to ask again and again for complimentary drinks for 4 people as they just served two at the beginning and then they did not even care about the other 2 people.
* The starters like Prawn, Fishes were smelling and not cooked or grilled properly, we have complained about that and requested for different starters but still disappointed.
 The mushroom was tasteless. We had to call the staffs for the starters, they hardly came by self and served. This is really not good hospitality.
* The biggest joke was the Items mentioned on the Buffet list were not prepared and served. In the main course trust me very few items were available, Salads like Cucumber, Carrotswere over
 few pieces of Tomatoes and Onions left, we have found Fly in salad and asked the staffs to atleast notice the food items what need to be Re-filled.
* Trust me, there were no Live counters except Turkish Coffee. It was a huge cost-cutting and BNB is fooling the customers in the name of a lot of items as per the Menu.
* Desserts were so limited and few pieces left. They did not have the courtesy to fill the trays or plates. I mean in the Main Buffet, Live Counters, Dessert part it was mostly empty.
* Mr. Abdullah is an operational manager over there. I was wondering that we and a few other customers kept complaining about the issues, he did not bother about that. Not even a one
 the time he came to us and queried about the matter, instead, he was busy with his mobile phone sitting at the corner.
* Another worst part is, Most of the Good and Famous Buffet restaurants are so customer-centric that they celebrate and provide the "Complimentary Cakes" for Birthday or Anniversaries.
 unfortunately, Mr. Abdullah said that we are sorry as we can not accommodate that since it would be a huge rush and it is not possible.
* Turkish Ice Cream counter has been shifted ground floor outside of the restaurant. This is completely illogical.
Pros:-
* Golden Corn Fry was Good
* Chilly Chicken Boneless was Excellent.
* Turkish Ice Cream was Good.
Overall we had a disastrous experience with BNB Grill and I would definitely not recommend to anyone however will not discourage any people or reviewers. Definitely will not waste money for the second time in BNB Grill.
